Schedule & Shift Expectations:
This is a full time, W2 role.
You are expected to fulfill 40 hours of on-call time per week. 20% of your time will be weekend hours. Shifts are 3 hours long.
You are expected to work all shift times evenly (except overnights)***
Must be able to offer 2.5x committed work time with open availability
Half of assigned shifts will be between the hours of 4p and 1a
Up to 30 nights/year (anticipated to be less than this)
1 night counted as a 3 hour shift between the hours of 1a-7a
You are eligible to earn extra income via contributing during surge times, marketing efforts, and other opportunities
***As a young company, growth requires change. Flexibility will be needed.
Holidays:
Major holidays - 12 hours total required over the following days
Minor holidays - 30 hours required split over 2-3 holidays

Market Competitive Compensation: $180,000 base salary plus extra compensation for completing more visits per hour, picking up more shifts, quarterly bonuses based on your performance of qualitative metrics backed by data, and compensation for extra time you might put in at the end of a shift (awesome, right?!).

All initial licensure cost and renewal reimbursement
Will need about 7-10 licenses on average
Concierge service provided to obtain licenses and manage renewals
Note: Minimum 3 year commitment or you will be required to pay back license costs for the difference of time you don't stay from time of last license issuance
Cost can be anywhere from $7,000-$15,000
