The goal is one-time completion of this backlog; if done well and on time, there will be future regular work (weekly or monthly) for you.
Scope of Work:
-Initial Evaluations should take ~5-10 minutes each (you will be provided with the relevant patient info, assessment, plan, etc.).
-Progress Notes should take 3-5 minutes with repeated examination measures taken and an updated assessment section noting improvement and remaining functional limitations.
-Follow-up notes should take ~1-2 minutes each (depending on complexity) — often only minor updates needed.
-Work must comply with confidentiality (HIPAA) and our practice’s documentation standards.
-The entire batch should be completed ideally within [specify timeline: e.g., 5 business days] (or whatever suits you).
-Communication: I will be available via Upwork chat/email in case you need clarifications.
