Mindmaven is an Executive Coaching firm that focuses on coaching CEOs, Founders, and other top executives of startup and VC companies across the U.S. We are helping our clients find Executive Assistant Rock Stars who – with training – will become Engagement Managers (a hybrid of an EA and Chief of Staff). The person who holds this position is the extension of the person(s) they support and establish themselves as a strategic partner. The position is 100% remote, so you’ll need a great computer, strong internet, and the ability to keep both running.

Responsibilities include:
Usual and customary EA daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that include:
Task and Time Management
Calendar Management
Meeting Management
Email Management
CRM Management
Research Management
Projects
Other tasks as identified by the executive
Qualifications (Please do not apply if you do not have the following):
Have a minimum of 1 year of Executive Level Administrative support experience preferably in a Financial, Tech, Legal, VC, and/or start-up setting
A minimum of 1-year experience in the graveyard shift (Required)
A minimum of 1-year experience working remotely (Required)
Fluent in English written and spoken – (Required)
Intermediate proficiency with MS Suites and Google Suites - (Required)
Experience with Asana, Slack, and Zoom (Highly desired)
Proficient in any other software necessary to effectively complete tasks in a remote setting – (Highly desired)
Master of Outlook or Gmail Email and Calendar – (Required)
Type a minimum of 60 WPM – (Required)
Dictation transcription (Highly Desired)
Philippine-based (Required)
Starting Salary: USD8-10/hour

As part of our commitment to hiring only the best in the industry, our screening process consists of 5 stages, which may take up to 15 days max to complete, depending on your ability to complete certain requirements. The 5 stages are as follows:
1. Grit Test
2. Zoom Call: Interview
3 Trial Project
4. Zoom Call: In-depth Interview (up to 1 hour)
5. Profile creation/Client Interview
