Who are we?
Mindmaven is an Executive Coaching firm that focuses on coaching CEOs, Founders, and other top executives of startup and VC companies across the U.S. We are helping our clients find Executive Assistant Rock Stars who – with training – will become Engagement Managers (a hybrid of an EA and Chief of Staff). The person who holds this position is the extension of the person(s) they support and establish themselves as a strategic partner. The position is 100% remote, so you’ll need a great computer, strong internet, and the ability to keep both running.

Starting Salary: USD8-10/hour

Note: This is for Talent Pooling and finding you a placement could take longer than expected

As part of our commitment to hiring only the best in the industry, our screening process consists of 5 stages, which may take up to 15 days max to complete, depending on your ability to complete certain requirements. The 5 stages are as follows:

1. Grit Test

2. Zoom Call: Interview

3 Trial Project

4. Zoom Call: In-depth Interview (up to 1 hour)

5. Profile creation/Client Interview
