Job Title: Performance Testing Lead – SAP S/4HANA (Tricentis NeoLoad)
Location: Denver, CO / Seattle, WA (Locals Preferred; Remote Possible for Right Skills)
Duration: 3–5 Months
Rate: DOE
Schedule: Candidate must be able to work US Pacific Time hours

Qualifications & Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in SAP performance testing projects.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash), including SD modules, BTP, and CPI iflows.
• Proven expertise in Tricentis NeoLoad (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with performance/load testing, scripting, monitoring, and analysis.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
