Job Description:
• Efficiently scale our customer acquisition
• Monitor and grow key performance indicators for user acquisition, customer activation, and customer lifetime value
• Generate, source, edit, optimize, experiment with, and deploy creative to scale acquisition
• Ship experiments and creative tests at a high velocity in collaboration with cross-functional partners to continuously improve performance
• Establish foundational marketing processes and practices for scaling acquisition across existing and new channels
Requirements:
• 3-6 years in performance marketing or user acquisition at a consumer startup (preferably consumer fintech) establishing and scaling paid advertising channels
• Editing videos
• Sourcing creative
• Running ads across some or most of the following platforms, with a strong desire to learn how to operate with full proficiency across all of them. Channels: Social, Search, Display, CTV, Podcast, Direct Mail. Networks: Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok, DSP. Destinations: Web, App.
• Triangulating performance using multiple deterministic and probabilistic attribution methods coupled with incrementality tests
