Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, ensuring high-quality output and meeting client turnaround times.
- Navigating efficiently and effectively through our imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, leveraging your technical skills and attention to detail.
- Differentiating between various claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines, demonstrating your ability to adapt to different scenarios.
- Identifying specific document types that require special handling, showcasing your keen eye for detail and understanding of our processes.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role is necessary, providing a solid foundation in data entry principles and practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong data entry/typing skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output and minimizing errors.

If selected for further consideration, candidates will be required to complete an online alphanumeric data entry assessment, achieving a minimum score of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate.
