Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Support
- Provide a first-class support experience via email and phone to customers' technical, general, and team product queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries, driving investigations to resolve complex issues and delivering personalized support.
- Conduct video demos and onboarding sessions for larger B2B customers, showcasing blithequark's product capabilities and fostering strong relationships.

The Ideal Candidate: Skills, Qualities, and Experience
To excel as a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you should possess:
- 12-24 months of proven customer support experience, preferably in a technical or software-related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with experience in investigating app problems, resolving installation errors, crashes, subscription and payment issues, and performance concerns.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to navigate multiple systems, verify configurations, and resolve complex issues.
