**Job Summary**
As a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via online chat. You'll be the face of our clients' businesses, helping to turn website traffic into leads and revenue. **Responsibilities**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide in-depth information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our clients' ever-evolving products and services
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences
* Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Have a solid understanding of basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
**Requirements**
* Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is preferred
