**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing orders: Quickly and efficiently enter orders while ensuring accuracy before shipment.
* Supporting the sales team: Assist with packaging and organizing kickoff materials for fundraisers.
* Maintaining shipping logs: Track and document shipments to keep operations running smoothly.
* Contributing to team success: Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

**Is This You?**

* Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM with accuracy
* Punctuality and reliability
* Currently enrolled in college/university (preferred, but not required)

* Organized, detail-oriented, and love problem-solving
* Want to make a difference and work for an ethical company
**Extra Credit (Not Required, But a Plus!)**
While not required, having experience with the following skills will definitely give you an edge:
* Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, or Premiere Pro
* Familiarity with MS Access, HTML, Craft CMS, JavaScript, Squarespace, SQL, or IT support
* Tech-savvy: Comfortable setting up PCs, monitors, and printers
* Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a bonus!
