Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Facebook) – Optimize Campaigns for ROI (10 Accounts, Ongoing) - Contract to Hire

We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize a portfolio of client accounts across Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads. $500 a month budget to start. This is not a beginner role — we’re looking for someone who understands how to tie campaign performance directly to business objectives and ROI, not just clicks or impressions. We currently have ~10 client accounts that are already active. This role is focused on optimization, performance improvement, and strategic alignment, not heavy daily management. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Ongoing optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) • Aligning campaigns with each client’s specific business goals (lead gen, calls, bookings, etc.) • Improving key metrics: CPL, ROAS, conversion rates • Identifying opportunities to scale winning campaigns • Auditing existing campaigns and implementing improvements • Conversion tracking (Google Tag, GA4, Meta Pixel) • Monthly performance summaries (short + actionable, not fluff) What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience managing multiple ad accounts (agency experience preferred) • Strong understanding of: • Google Ads (Search is a must) • Facebook/Instagram Ads • Conversion tracking + attribution • Ability to think strategically, not just tactically • Experience optimizing for leads + local service businesses (dentists, contractors, etc. is a plus) • Comfortable working with low-maintenance accounts and still driving results • Clear communicator Nice to Have: • Experience with landing page optimization • Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.) • Experience with call tracking tools ⸻ Scope & Expectations: • ~10 accounts total • Ongoing monthly work • Estimated 5–15 hours/week depending on efficiency • Focus is on performance improvements, not busywork
