The Operations Team handles the most crucial part of the business and is directly responsible for delivering the end product to our customers. We worked on 20,000+ orders last year with a direct impact of over $37 million in revenue.
How do you coordinate the logistics of campaigns that generate millions of dollars in revenue involving multiple overseas and domestic vendors? How can we reduce our costs and increase our profit margins for a given order? How can you deliver an order in 5 days which has a standard turnaround time of 10 days?
You will report to one of the Operations Managers from the Preorder or Order Teams. You will be working on a set of unique orders every day that will pose logistical challenges that you’ll have to work through and be directly responsible for them. You’ll have a lot of autonomy and decision-making power.
This role has an impact on the following:
- How to coordinate the logistics of campaigns that generate millions of dollars in revenue that involve overseas domestic vendors
- How to reduce costs increase our profit margins for a given order
- How to deliver an order in 5 days if the standard turnaround time is 10 days

Responsibilities
Order Team (OP):
- Processing all the orders assigned to you promptly
- Navigating through the logistical challenges posed by each order to find an optimal solution
- Coordinating timelines with Campus Managers/Clients/Vendors/Decorators to ensure that everyone is on the same page
- Working on projects/campaigns as and when required
Pre-Order Team (Q/T):
- You will be working with the operations team to directly contribute to the Fresh Prints’ revenue growth
- Assisting the operations team with addressing queries from internal employees and campus managers
- Responsible for sharing pricing quotes and estimated delivery timelines using available tools and resources
- Proactively flag delays, inconsistencies, or errors that could affect pricing or delivery
- Complete assigned tasks with high attention to quality and efficiency
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to help the team scale
Essential Requirements
- Preferably 1-6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics, or any related field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
- Comfortable learning and navigating different tools and platforms
- Multi-task and balance multiple priorities with deadline oriented approach
- A proactive mindset: flags issues early, follows through, and seeks clarity when needed

Job Location: Work From Home / Remote
Working Hours:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time) or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST (2:00 AM to 11:00 AM Philippine Time), Monday to Friday. These hours may shift depending on the needs of the team or business priorities.
CTC: Between $400 to $700 base monthly salary
