Job Overview

As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in engaging with website visitors, responding to their queries, and providing prompt and accurate service. Reporting to the Online Chat Manager, you'll be responsible for a range of customer service-related tasks, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
• Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
• Build relationships with new customers to understand and achieve their needs
• Provide accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems
• Promote interest in client products and services
• Consistently achieve established standards of the position
• Project a positive and professional image, embodying blithequark's values and culture
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team
• Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

• A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
• PC keyboarding and internet experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
