On-Site Social Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
We’re looking for a video-first, hands-on team player to support both content creation and day-to-day marketing coordination for a medical spa that’s entering an exciting new phase.
This is a fully on-site role (not remote). In addition to creating short-form video content for social and ads, this role requires someone comfortable being present in the space — occasionally greeting guests, answering the phone, and supporting the team when needed while on-site.
This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on fit and availability.
Content Creation Responsibilities
• Capture and edit short-form video content on-site for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and paid ads
• Create content that feels modern, elevated, and social-native, aligned with a premium medical spa brand
• Help define and maintain the look, feel, and tone of the brand’s social presence
• Produce high-output content, prioritizing consistency and engagement over perfection
• Contribute ideas around hooks, trends, and formats that drive engagement
• Test and iterate content quickly based on performance
Marketing & On-Site Support Responsibilities
• Coordinate posting schedules and support paid social campaigns
• Track basic performance metrics and organize content assets
• Assist with simple marketing initiatives, promotions, and launches
• Be comfortable answering phones, greeting guests, and assisting staff when on-site as needed
• Act as a reliable, professional presence in the spa environment

• Comfortable working fully on-site in a client-facing environment
• Willingness to support a variety of responsibilities while on-site
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok
• Tech-forward mindset with interest in modern tools and AI
• Clear communication and collaborative attitude
Bonus (not required):
• Experience with wellness, beauty, or service-based brands
• Experience supporting paid social campaigns
• Prior experience in a client-facing or hospitality environment
