Office Manager/Coordinator with Remote Work Flexibility
Intelligent Green Solutions is looking for qualified Office Manager candidates to join our industry-leading team. The Office Manager is a new position and will join our team located in the Bainbridge Training Center.
Responsibilities
• Oversee project and job-site scheduling of internal staff and subcontractors (1-2 staff + subcontractors)
• Assist with customer scheduling & follow up
• Assist with basic customer billing and invoicing
• Support sales technicians (1-2)
• General office and administrative support (scanning/processing mail, insurance items, general office admin)
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams
• Coordinate with internal purchasing and planning teams
• Maintain all OSHA compliance and safety standards
Requirements
• Office manager experience: 5 years
• General construction knowledge: 5 years
• Experience with subcontractors: 2 years
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift over 70 pounds
• Excellent computer skills, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft products
• Experienced with smartphone (iPhone preferred)
