We're Hiring: Occupational Risk Prevention Technician (PRL)

Are you passionate about workplace safety, health promotion, and remote work environments? We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to join our team.

This is a cross-functional role focused on managing occupational risk prevention, health campaigns, and general services—especially in fully remote work settings. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure safety standards are met across both national and international operations.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate occupational risk prevention activities at national and international levels through third-party providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance nationally and internationally.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop prevention plans.
• Perform legal audits related to occupational health and safety.
• Manage documentation related to all occupational risk prevention tasks.
• Liaise with External Prevention Services (EPS) and external providers.
• Lead medical check-up coordination and health promotion campaigns.
• Design and deliver training and informational content on occupational risk prevention.
• Investigate work-related accidents or incidents.
• Produce reports on risk evaluation and workplace safety.
• Manage preventive measures for remote staff: employee portal, access to information, awareness campaigns, etc.
• Assist in general services: maintenance coordination, suppliers, basic logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Health, Safety, Engineering, HR, etc.).
• Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention (with at least 2 specialties).
• Strong knowledge of PRL legislation and audit processes.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data/statistical tools.
• Experience delivering and managing online training programs.
• Great organizational and leadership skills in remote environments.
• Proactive communicator with problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing tools or apps for prevention management.
• Proactive, well-organized individual with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
