Looking for someone who can collaborate closely and help translate our vision into a clear, well-written handbook—not someone using templates or generic language.
We are opening a new private school and are looking for the right person to help create a professional student and parent handbook.
Our approach is Montessori-inspired. We incorporate Montessori principles such as mixed-age classrooms, hands-on learning, independence, and respect for the child. At the same time, we are not limited to one philosophy—we also value and integrate other educational approaches that support how children learn best.
We prioritize a structured, calm, and welcoming environment guided by trained educators. Long, uninterrupted work cycles, purposeful materials, practical life skills, and respect for one another are central to our approach. Community, outdoor connection, and care for ourselves, others, and the environment are also an important part of what we’re building.
We already have a strong vision and a good amount of content started. We are not looking for someone to create this from scratch, but rather someone who can collaborate with us to organize, refine, and professionally write it.
This project is somewhat time-sensitive, but we care more about getting it right than rushing something generic.
