About the Role

As a Supplier Business Development Manager reporting to the Supplier Category Manager, you’ll play a critical role in growing and managing our supplier base for the B2B jewelry marketplace. This role is for a driven, strategic professional who excels in identifying the right suppliers for Nivoda, building supplier relationships, optimizing their performance, and aligning their products with market needs. You’ll act as a revenue co-pilot for suppliers, working closely with them from onboarding through sustained success. Your work will ensure that our platform offers the best quality, selection, price and value for buyers, creating a dynamic and profitable environment for both suppliers and our business.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll identify, onboard, and support high-potential suppliers while maximizing their sales growth and ensuring quality and inventory alignment with customer demand. You will act as both a consultant and a coach, guiding suppliers to optimize their product offerings, pricing, and availability. Your insights and proactive support will be instrumental in helping suppliers grow on our platform, creating value and a seamless experience for buyers.
