The role involves creating engaging campaigns and experiences that connect with customers, leading content creation, and executing local marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to create cohesive campaigns that blend visual and verbal storytelling
- Own the creation, editing, and distribution of written and digital content across internal and external channels, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and alignment with campaign objectives
- Support creative concepting from ideation through execution, including social, email, print, and experiential materials
- Plan and execute local activations, seasonal events, and cultural-moment campaigns
- Collaborate with stores, regional teams, and merchandising partners to ensure seamless execution and strong customer engagement
- Partner with Media & Advertising, Merchandising, Brand, and Operations teams to align initiatives with go-to-market strategies and broader brand objectives
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and vendor or partner relationships for all initiatives
- Ensure programs are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with high-quality execution
- Take on special projects or initiatives as needed to support the Senior Director and overall Media & Advertising strategy
Skills
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years' experience in marketing, brand activation, or field marketing with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong ability to connect strategy to execution, with excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative mindset, building strong relationships across functions and with external partners
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on measurable impact and driving business outcomes
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Creative thinker who identifies trends and translates them into actionable, business-focused recommendations
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on executional excellence
- Innovative, proactively exploring new marketing approaches and tactics
- Comfortable traveling to oversee events, store activations, and partner engagements
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business
