Marketing & Sales Executive – Home Health Software (SaaS) | Remote | United States

We are looking for an experienced U.S.-based marketer and sales professional to help launch and scale our All-In-One Home Health Software nationwide. The ideal candidate must understand home health operations, Medicaid/Medicare, and SaaS marketing, and be able to generate leads, schedule demos, and convert agencies into paying subscribers. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing strategy for home health agencies (skilled & unskilled) • Create funnels for demos, presentations, and onboarding • Cold call, email, and message agencies to offer demos • Manage digital marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Email) • Create marketing materials (flyers, presentations, landing pages, emails) • Build relationships with agency owners and consultants • Manage CRM + follow-up sequences • Track conversions, pipeline, and monthly metrics • Work with the CEO to expand nationwide and secure partnerships Requirements: • MUST be based in the United States • MUST speak clear American English • Marketing or sales background in home health, healthcare SaaS, or EMR/EHR • Understanding of Medicaid, EVV, OASIS-E, DODD, PASSPORT, HIPAA • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to generate leads independently • Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.) • Ability to create marketing content • Ability to set and achieve monthly sales goals Preferred: • Experience in marketing EMR/EHR software • Connections in home health industry • Experience running paid ads for B2B • Ability to attend conferences and trade shows Compensation: • 100% commission (higher %) • OR per-demo + per-sale structure • Base salary + commission shortly after.
