Bellota Labs is hiring a
Marketing Coordinator to expand our marketing and content efforts for ClubWPT Gold, our flagship product in partnership with the World Poker Tour. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on delivering value to players, growing our reach, and enhancing our content experience.
You’ll act as the connective tissue between our creative, content, product, and community teams — driving campaigns, publishing strategy, and content execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your love of poker with strategic marketing, helping shape the voice and growth of a cutting-edge real-money gaming product.

Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Facebook (with potential expansion into other platforms)
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and creative leads to develop compelling content
- Engage with players via comments, DMs, and community feedback loops
- Test and iterate strategies to grow reach, engagement, and player acquisition
- Stay on top of social and gaming trends to keep content fresh and relevant
Content Coordination
- Own the end-to-end process of content development — from concept to release — for both free and premium video content
- Support internal and external contributors to ensure deadlines and creative goals are met
- Coordinate QA reviews to ensure polished output across platforms
Email Marketing
- Write and schedule at least 2 engaging emails per week (covering updates, promotions, and educational content)
- Collaborate with our CRM/Retention team for email setup, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Drive product and feature engagement through effective messaging and targeting
Copywriting
- Deliver strong copy for social, email, product announcements, web pages, and promotional campaigns
- Tailor messaging to align with our tone and resonate with poker enthusiasts
Player Support (Tier 2)
- Assist with escalated support tickets that require deeper poker knowledge
- Help guide community members and players to the right resources or features
Requirements
- Strong understanding of poker strategy (ideally from firsthand playing experience)
- Solid writing skills, especially for email and social media
- Experience managing social media accounts or content calendars
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion
- Bonus: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp, or Keap)
