Job Description:
• Support the identification and thorough evaluation of strategic initiatives
• Enhance the team's understanding of industry trends and market analysis
• Conduct deep diligence of potential ideas
• Assist in preparing presentations for team discussions and leadership meetings
• Create and maintain a robust database to guide idea generation
• Engage with team members and other stakeholders to gather insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years of overall experience or an MBA (preferred) with 4+ years of overall experience
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or a related role, ideally within the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information and data into actionable insights
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and persuasive presentations.
