Loss Adjuster – Salary starting from £34.000
Are you someone who is passionate about Insurance and has a confident knowledge of household/residential building reinstatement and mitigation with experience managing several stakeholders. Due to growth, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Desk Loss Adjuster and are looking for someone who would love to showcase their skills, ideas and make a difference to our team.
This role services our customers affected by building related damage from an escape of water, flood, fire, and impact. You would be joining a team of around 20 specialist handlers who manage claims up to £50k virtually. We give you full responsibility to own the claim, providing a customer focused & cost-effective service by managing from instruction to completion. You would also be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers managing claims and utilizing the support of field-based colleagues and suppliers.
Skills and experience we're looking for
Experience in Household/residential insurance.
A good understanding of building pathology.
Ability to scope and schedule reinstatement works utilising photos and video.
Good knowledge of the buildings industry, mitigation, building standards and materials.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the customer.

Starting salary from £34.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
