We are a marketing agency looking for an experienced digital advertising specialist to assist with the ongoing management of multiple Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
This is not a one-time project. We are looking for someone who can become a reliable long-term partner and assist with campaign execution and optimization on a monthly basis.
Currently we manage approximately:
• 3–4 Google Ads accounts
• 3–4 Meta Ads accounts
Each account represents a separate client, primarily focused on local and regional advertising.
Accounts are already set up and active. The primary focus will be reviewing existing campaigns, auditing performance, ensuring conversion tracking is properly configured, and then supporting monthly campaign execution and optimization.
Google Ads Responsibilities
Google Ads campaigns will be managed using Google Ads Manager along with an AI bidding platform , which connects directly to the Google Trends/Ads API.
Responsibilities may include:
• Auditing and reviewing existing campaign structures
• Keyword research and search term analysis
• Building and structuring new campaigns when needed
• Writing and testing ad copy variations
• Managing negative keywords
• Implementing recommendations generated through the AI platform
• Monitoring campaign budgets and pacing
• Adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign settings based on performance
• Creating retargeting display campaigns when appropriate
• Monitoring conversion performance and making optimization adjustments
Experience with AI-assisted campaign tools is helpful but not required.
Meta Ads Responsibilities (Facebook / Instagram)
• Create and manage campaigns across multiple Meta ad accounts
• Build campaigns, ad sets, and ads within Meta Ads Manager
• Manage targeting and retargeting audiences
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns
• Test creative variations and messaging
• Adjust budgets and targeting based on results
Creative assets are typically provided, though input on creative testing or ad formats is welcome. If you also have the ability to create ad creative within budget constraints, that is a plus but not required.
Conversion Tracking & Data
You should be comfortable reviewing campaign performance and optimizing around measurable results.
Preferred experience includes:
• Google Analytics / GA4
• Conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting
• Meta Pixel tracking
• UTM tagging and attribution
Workflow & Monthly Process
Each month we typically provide:
• Updated campaign focus points
• Sales offers or promotional messaging
• Direction on campaign priorities
• Creative assets when applicable
Based on that information, the freelancer would:
• Build and structure the necessary Google Ads campaigns (primarily search and retargeting display)
• Build Meta campaigns including campaigns, ad sets, and ads
• Prepare campaigns for launch and submit for approval
• Once approved, launch and monitor campaign performance
• Make optimization adjustments throughout the month
Nothing launches without approval. The goal is to have someone we can rely on to execute campaigns efficiently each month based on our direction and client needs.
Project Structure & Time Expectations
All accounts are currently active and structured. The initial phase of work will involve:
• Auditing existing campaigns
• Reviewing conversion tracking and analytics
• Identifying areas for improvement
After the initial review, the role transitions into ongoing monthly campaign execution and optimization.
Typical monthly tasks include:
• Building campaigns based on monthly offers and priorities
• Monitoring performance and conversions
• Search term and audience adjustments
• Bid and budget adjustments
• Campaign optimization
After reviewing the accounts and discussing our needs, we would like you to provide a clear estimate of expected monthly hours required to manage these accounts effectively.

• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
