The Lock Desk Specialist will be responsible for processing rate lock, change, and extension requests while adhering to and enforcing rate lock policies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and excellent communication and customer service skills. As a Lock Desk Specialist, you will work closely with the Mortgage Department Team to implement system changes, testing, and process flow enhancements, and provide real-time training and support to cross-functional departments.
