We’re seeking a motivated, service-driven Health Insurance Agent to join BiG Agency, a growing nationwide team dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
In this role, you’ll do more than sell insurance—you’ll make a meaningful impact. You’ll educate clients on health and life insurance options, guide them through important coverage decisions, and help them confidently choose plans that fit their needs and budget. By building lasting relationships and offering ongoing support, you’ll become a trusted advisor throughout the enrollment process and beyond.

Requirements
- Active Health and/or Life Insurance License (or ability to obtain, if applicable)
- Strong computer skills; comfort working in a digital environment
- Phone experience with excellent verbal and communication skills
- High personal integrity, character, and professionalism
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
- Coachable mindset with a passion for learning and personal growth
- Commitment to attending all required meetings and training sessions
