Key Responsibilities:
1. Review potentially copyright-infringing content that belongs to us and has been leaked on various websites.
2. Advise whether the content can be taken down through legal means, including assessing the possibility of issuing DMCA notices.
3. Draft and send DMCA notices where applicable.
4. Develop strategies to protect our content from future leaks and unauthorized use online.
5. Provide ongoing legal guidance on copyright protection and infringement issues.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in copyright law, DMCA notice filing, and online content protection.
2. Strong understanding of intellectual property rights, particularly in the digital domain.
