Description:
• Receive and manage a daily list of potential leads provided by our team
• Conduct cold calls to initiate contact and assess interest or suitability
• Use a provided script and qualification checklist to evaluate leads
• Document call outcomes and update lead status in our CRM or tracking system
• Coordinate with the ground team to hand off prequalified leads
• Provide daily reports on outreach activity and lead quality
Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred
• Comfortable using CRM tools and spreadsheets
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional phone demeanor
