- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, create content, and help drive demand for Zendesk solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field with applicable coursework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in office productivity software
- Awareness of AI technologies (LLM, ChatGPT) and web/scripting technologies (e.g., HTML and CSS) and SaaS applications
