You’ll collaborate across teams, lead innovation in learning systems, and ensure that both faculty and students have the tools and support they need to thrive.  If you’re passionate about education, technology, and meaningful impact — we’d love to meet you.  What You’ll Do  Lead Technology-Enhanced Learning  - Partner with academic leaders, faculty, and the learning design team to integrate technology into curriculum and course delivery  - Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience across learning systems, including the LMS  - Evaluate and recommend new tools that enhance teaching and learning  Drive Operational Excellence  - Manage course shell migration and ensure timely readiness for each term  - Maintain and optimize instructional technology systems and resources  - Collaborate with IT partners to resolve system integrations (e.g., Canvas, CampusNexus)  - Troubleshoot technical issues and support system-related requests  Empower Faculty & Staff  - Create clear, user-friendly guides and resources  - Deliver training and professional development in partnership with the Center for Teaching Excellence  - Support adoption of tools like Respondus, analytics platforms, and other integrated technologies  Lead & Collaborate  - Supervise and mentor an Instructional Technologist  - Serve as a key liaison across departments and external partners  - Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure aligned, effective solutions  Use Data to Improve Outcomes  - Collect and analyze data to evaluate technology effectiveness  - Support program reviews and accreditation efforts with LMS and system data  - Continuously refine processes based on insights and evolving best practices  What’s in It for You  At Joyce University, we invest in the success and well-being of our employees. Your growth is supported.   Requirements  What You Bring Education & Experience  - Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science, or related field (required)  - Master’s in educational technology or learning design (preferred)  - Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas preferred), Respondus, CampusNexus, and Office 365  - Background in higher education and instructional technology  Skills & Strengths  - Strong technical expertise across educational systems and tools  - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action  - Clear, adaptable communication across diverse audiences  - A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving  - Experience leading projects and supporting team members  How You’ll Show Up At Joyce, how we work matters just as much as what we do.
