A Typical Day as a Full Stack Data Entry Associate – Customer Success
As a Full Stack Data Entry Associate – Customer Success, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and assisting with troubleshooting customer concerns.
- Verifying data and information using a verification process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Addressing customer questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Documenting both customer concerns and solutions, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights for future improvements.
- Meeting or exceeding all managed metrics, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
- Keeping your community safe and making a difference, contributing to arenaflex's mission to inspire positive change.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking ambitious customer-focused individuals who possess:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle stressful customer interactions and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Strong computer skills, with experience using dual monitors and proficiency in software applications.
- One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection, in a quiet area with minimal distractions.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
