About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth journey of our customers. You will be responsible for providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your exceptional problem-solving skills will help you find solutions for each individual customer, making their experience with blithequark truly unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Communicate effectively with customers in Danish and English, using your excellent language skills to resolve issues and provide support
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support to customers
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain high levels of productivity
- Flexibility and willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

Location and Working Hours
As a remote employee, you will work from the comfort of your own home in Lithuania. Your working hours will be 8.5 hours per day, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM.
