About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager - FinTech to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer success organization, you'll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, handling post-sales implementation program management, and collaborating with customers in the FinTech vertical to ensure they're realizing expected value from our solutions. Your primary goal will be to drive customer advocacy, resolve customer issues, and maintain customer health, while fostering positive business relationships and promoting value through the customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
