We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work remotely 100% from the comfort of their own home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to retired members and their family members, discussing retiree benefits and addressing their inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics
- Researching participant accounts to provide accurate and efficient responses
- Addressing basic questions or issues, and keeping accurate records of all conversations
- Meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets, and performing tasks associated with call handling
- Basic plan and participant file research and updates
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting taking inbound calls
- Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
- Quality and accuracy of tasks
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
