### Job Description Core Information: Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary range: $21.25 - $25.00 per hour Position: Digital Account Manager - Junior (Remote) Company: Sinclair Broadcast Group We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Account Manager - Junior to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of key client accounts, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and driving client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Assist Digital Account Managers and the account management team in supporting key client accounts, including order trafficking, campaign monitoring, and reporting. Manage the day-to-day optimization of multiple low to mid-tiered accounts with campaigns running digital products such as CTV, search engine marketing, social media marketing, and programmatic. Resolve issues by taking appropriate action and escalating issues to management when necessary. Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution. Develop a deep understanding of our digital offerings and media plans. Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of products, processes, reporting, business reviews, quotes, and campaign management. Communicate effectively with internal and external clients through strong written and verbal skills. Work efficiently within our software applications and be comfortable participating in video meetings. Collaborate with internal teams and stations, and train other team members as needed. Perform other agency duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with digital marketing products, including programmatic, social media, search, and CTV. Highly professional communication skills, including excellent grammar, copywriting, spelling accuracy, and phone and conversation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Strong listening skills, empathy, and ability to effectively relate to clients. Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products. Ability to work remotely and time manage efficiently and independently. Strong written and oral communication skills. Solutions-oriented and proactive approach to implementing solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Atlassian Jira. Experience in Operative order management system. Baseline knowledge of how the following industries operate: automotive, home services, education, medical, and legal.
