Carter Services, Inc., a growing family-owned septic services company based in Conyers, GA 30012, is seeking a Senior IT Help Desk Technician to support and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network support, cybersecurity best practices, and system administration assistance. The ideal candidate is highly technical, customer-focused, and capable of resolving complex issues independently. Immediate hire — must be able to start within 1 week.
