All Jobs  >  Corporation Team Internship International Youth Foundation Apply Corporation Team Internship Fully Remote - US Office Apply Description Summary:  The intern supports the Corporations Team by researching potential corporate partners, including their CSR/ESG priorities and past partnerships, and identifying alignment opportunities with IYF. The role also involves vetting funding opportunities, building prospect lists, preparing briefing materials, and assisting with proposals and pitch materials to ensure clear and consistent messaging. Location: US/Remote Internship Responsibilities: - Conduct research on corporate prospects, including CSR/ESG priorities, workforce focus areas, geographic regions, and past partnerships.  Analyze and research open funding and corporate collaboration opportunities. - Create and maintain target company lists and prepare informational materials for prospecting calls and identify potential internal and external connections to support outreach efforts.  - Assist with organizing content and formatting presentations, slides, and one-page summaries.  - Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across proposals and pitch materials. Requirements    Internship Requirements (Undergraduate or Graduate Students) - Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Economics, Finance,  Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines).  - Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise briefs - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, structure, and accuracy and ability to  work effectively in a team environment. - Strong research, writing, and organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise materials.  - Ability to draft summaries, briefing notes, and proposal support materials for internal review. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when tracking deadlines, compliance requirements, and multiple prospects simultaneously. - Ability to manage tasks independently and  meet deadlines. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides). - Comfort working with online research  tools, databases, and shared document platforms.  - Interest in philanthropy, foundations, and  nonprofit fundraising. - Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information. - Collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.     - Availability - Ability to commit 20 to 30 of hours per week for the duration of the internship (schedule flexible  based on academic commitments). - Must be during one of the  following time periods:       -      June 1 - July 17 -      June 15 - July 31 -      July 13 - August 21  We strongly encourage candidates of all different backgrounds and identities to apply.
