I am looking for an experienced Interactive Brokers (IBKR) API developer to help build and set up a trading automation system.
Requirements:
• Strong experience with IBKR API (TWS or IB Gateway)
• Experience building automated trading systems (not demo projects)
• Python preferred
• Experience with order management, stop-loss logic, and execution control
• Understanding of trading strategies and risk management
Scope of work:
• Connect to IBKR via API
• Implement automated entry/exit logic
• Implement stop-loss and basic risk controls
• Ensure stable execution and error handling
• Test and optimize the system
