Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Design & Technology, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or Organizational Development
- 5+ years of instructional design experience required
- Ability to translate training needs into practical learning solutions
- Knowledge and use of adult learning theory, the systemic design of instruction, Bloom's Taxonomy, and performance improvement methodologies to create engaging training content
- Expert user in Articulate 360 Cloud (Storyline and Rise), experience in Camtasia, SnagIt, Adobe Creative Suites
- Team player - able to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless collaboration and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Experience in creating training content of superior quality that has a positive impact on revenue.
- Foreign language skills are beneficial but not essential
- Experience working on a global sales enablement team or creating training for sales
- Experience with section 508 web-content accessibility guidelines
