Must Haves: Must have hands-on DLP policy/rule definition experience as opposed to DLP infrastructure support. Strong preference for prior experience in a similar environment requiring adherence to processes and protocols is required. Must have had some experience with Splunk or another similar automation tool. Both written and verbal communication is key with prior experience communicating effectively across multiple business areas and teams. It's worth noting that experience DLP infrastructure, CSOC analysis or in risk analysis would all be complimentary, but would not be sufficient experience for consideration without the hands on DLP Policy/rule definition experience. **CW will be required to have video on while dialing in to all team calls.
Responsibilities include:
• Support the Cyber Data Loss Prevention (DLP) team in further expanding upon the established DLP Program by defining additional processes/controls for continuous risk reduction/issue remediation purposes, and to meet the objectives detailed in the DLP Program Charter
• Define new and enhance existing DLP policies/rules to support technology changes and to continuously increase DLP Program coverage via multiple detection technologies in accordance with established process
• Tune DLP policies on a continuous basis to maintain a mature set of policies within the scope of the DLP Program
• Partner with required stakeholders to remediate DLP design, process, and technology gaps
• Partner with Cyber Security Operations teams as needed to enhance DLP monitoring / response on an ongoing basis
• Provide support in defining and building upon metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of the Program, and support reporting needs across the organization
• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and vendors to formulate DLP solutions for the Client
• Support the team in risk and audit activities as required
Position Requirements:
• At least 2 years of related experience
• At least 5 years of experience working in the field of Information Security/Information Technology
• Hands-on experience working on endpoint, proxy, email DLP tools
• Experience working with Splunk
• Ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and credibly with internal management and partners / stakeholders
• Ability to adapt, work in and thrive in a frequently changing environment
• Excellent teaming skills
• View obstacles and gaps as an exciting challenge, focus on providing detailed solutions to solve problems
• Certifications relevant to the Cyber Security industry
