We are seeking a talented and driven individual to work closely with the Lead Immigration Attorney and the Client Solutions team in supporting clients throughout their U.S. visa petition process. At the same time receive exceptional opportunities for career growth working on products and features with a direct impact on the success of our companies.   Required Qualifications: - Paralegal, law degree, or advanced law student (with strong academic record); background or coursework in immigration law is a strong plus - Proficient in using AI tools to support daily work, including document review, research, drafting, and workflow optimization. Prior experience applying AI in a legal or operational context is a strong plus - +1 year of experience in organizing and processing legal documents, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to legal protocols - Organized individual who can complete projects and tasks on a timely and routine basis - Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment - Interest in learning new skills in a work environment - Proficient in the Office 365 suite of products and ability to learn to use new CRM platforms we use in our processes - Ability to follow and improve upon set processes - Analytical and detail-oriented mindset - Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written English skills being especially critical, as all client-facing and internal documents are drafted in English - Familiarity with U.S. immigration forms (DS-160, I-129, G-28, etc.) is a plus - Ability to work Monday to Friday within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) ~9hr-17:30hr   Preferred Qualifications: - Strong ability to work with and communicate with others including clients, prospects, attorneys and their staff - Prior experience or familiarity with U.S. non-immigrant visa categories, particularly E-2 and O-1, is a strong plus - Exposure to EB-5, L-1, or other investor/business visa categories is also valued - Understanding of the visa petition lifecycle (RFEs, consular processing, adjustment of status) is a plus - Portuguese as a third language is a bonus   Responsibilities: - Case analysis and documentation review - Lead client document collection meetings - Ongoing client communications regarding document uploads and requirements - Source of Funds and Use of Proceeds analysis - Preparation and completion of immigration forms - Package creation for case submission - Assistance with client onboarding, in coordination with the manager - Preparation of files and folders to be shared with the client after the onboarding call - Preparation of brief for external attorneys prior to Strategy Calls - Presence in Strategy Calls with client and attorney (when necessary) - Checklist preparation, update, and completion per client case, per attorney's indications - Support with LLC creation, Business Plan drafting, and other Business Management support activities as necessary - Assist in client interview preparation meetings - Ad hoc document creation for VF as needed   Location: Remote, ideally Argentina, open to other countries in LATAM   Compensation, Perks and Benefits: - Very competitive salary package in US dollars - Quarterly bonus (based on targets' achievements) and annual profit-sharing - 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year - Holidays between Christmas and New Year - Health Benefits: health insurance and gym pass - English lessons - Work From Home (WFH) allowance setup ($500) to start then up to $500 a year to be used towards WFH equipment and services - Additional offerings: a dynamic work environment, a high level of autonomy, the ability to continue developing your career and skills, and clear expectations for success   Organization Description: Our organization is comprised of two companies under one umbrella.
