About the Role: Home Health RN
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Workwarp, a part of UnitedHealth Group. As a Home Health RN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This is a remote opportunity with immediate openings available, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our patients' lives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Organize and provide home care services, including medication administration, patient education, and wound care, among other responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the RN supervisor to ensure the client-driven plan of care is effective and achieves positive outcomes through ongoing evaluation using evidence-based practice.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations by participating in chart reviews and following established processes for documentation and care delivery.
- Deliver efficient and valuable services that meet the expectations of quality healthcare delivery within the operational goals of Southwest Medical Home Health and UnitedHealth Group.
- Perform the majority of job duties in patients' homes, requiring reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Participate in on-call rotations, work weekends, and rotating holidays as needed, with shifts that can include weekdays, weekends, or a combination of both.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
- Valid non-restrictive Nevada nursing license.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and car insurance.
- Proven good clinical and assessment skills, with experience in IVs, ports, drains, tubes, wound care, wound vacs, and Foley's.
- Willingness to travel from home to home, participate in on-call and holiday coverage rotations, and work at least one weekend day every week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in home health care or a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice and current healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills and Competencies:
- Clinical expertise in home health care, including wound care and medication management.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $28.03 to $54.95 per hour, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to your salary, you'll receive:
