Job Description: About the Role We are seeking a driven and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team supporting US-based clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals across multiple specialties. What You’ll Do - Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based clients - Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing through submission and placement) - Conduct in-depth phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications - Verify licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements - Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and/or VMS platforms - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ATS updates - Meet weekly submission and placement targets What We’re Looking For - At least 1 year of US healthcare recruiting experience (travel nursing, allied health, long-term care, or home health preferred) - Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms is a plus - Strong sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment - Willing to work on a US shift schedule Why Join Us? - Opportunity to work with leading US healthcare clients - Performance-driven culture with growth potential - Supportive team environment - Competitive compensation based on experience If you are passionate about healthcare recruitment and ready to grow your career in the US staffing market, we’d love to hear from you.
