Job Summary

As our new Head of Recruitment, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing our talent acquisition strategy, leading our recruitment team, and enhancing our employer brand. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Lead the Recruitment Team: Lead, mentor, and develop our recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Partner with key stakeholders to drive trust, delivery, and business growth, ensuring the recruitment team is a trusted partner at every level.
• Attract Top Talent: Develop and execute innovative strategies to identify and attract top-quality candidates, leveraging cutting-edge recruitment tools and technologies.
• Enhance Our Employer Brand: Represent Workwarp as an employer of choice, showcasing our unique culture, values, and mission to attract top talent.
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent in the hiring process and beyond.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience, leveraging data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions.
• Competency-Based Interviewing: Develop and implement a company-wide competency-based interview process, ensuring fairness, equity, and effectiveness.
• Talent Pipelining: Identify and engage potential candidates for upcoming positions, building a robust talent pipeline to support business growth.
• Hiring with Equality: Drive delivery with representation, integrity, and precision, continuing to support efforts to build a more representative workforce.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure recruitment effectiveness, using data to drive decision-making and inform recruitment strategies.
• Tools and Technologies: Implement new tools and technologies to drive efficiency in the recruitment process, enhancing the candidate experience and improving recruitment outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and developing an internal recruitment team, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
• Tech Sector Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in recruitment in the tech sector, particularly in GTM sales recruitment.
• DEI Best Practices: Proven experience in DEI best practices in hiring processes and programs, with a passion for building a more representative workforce.
• Competency-Based Interviewing: Deep knowledge of competency-based interviewing and assessment design, with experience in implementing effective interview processes.
• ATS and Recruitment Processes: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment processes, ideally with experience working with Ashby or similar tools.

• Leadership and Mentoring: Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills, with experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in influencing stakeholders and driving effective recruitment processes.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proven experience using data to drive decision-making and inform recruitment strategies, with a focus on measuring recruitment effectiveness.
• Inclusive Approach: Passionate about delivering an inclusive approach to hiring, with experience in delivering programs to build a representative workforce.
• IT Sector Experience: Experience working in the IT sector and IT sales recruitment experience is essential.
