Key Responsibilities:

• Verify enrollment status and make changes to member records
• Address a variety of enrollment questions or concerns
• Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate transfer of eligibility data

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience
• 1+ years of Eligibility verification experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• QuickBase knowledge
• Strong data entry skills
• Less than 10% travel for quarterly meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medicaid or Medicare experience
• Experience with working at home
• Flexibility and a team player mindset

Education:

• High school diploma required
• College degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
