The Role We’re seeking a Growth Manager to scale our affiliate programme. You’ll own strategy and execution, and manage relationships with high-value partners. This reports to Head of Partnerships and is critical to our customer acquisition strategy. Responsibilities - Grow Bluff's partner and affiliate program - recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with partners across multiple channels. - Identify and activate high-value traffic sources including affiliate networks, community channels, influencers, and more. - Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for quality player acquisition. - Work closely with internal teams on bonus structures, landing pages, and promotional materials to maximize conversion. - Stay plugged into crypto casino communities to surface emerging traffic opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. Required Experience & Skills - 1–2+ years at a crypto casino in a similar role - Existing network and deep familiarity with the crypto gambling ecosystem - the communities, influencers, the forums, and player behaviour - Strong relationship-builder - comfortable maintaining long-term partner relationships
