What we’re looking for
We are a multi-location outpatient psychology practice looking for an individual Google Ads specialist with direct experience in therapy / healthcare lead generation. This is not a generic PPC role. The goal is to drive high-intent therapy inquiries that can realistically convert into scheduled appointments, not volume for volume’s sake.
Important:
• Individuals only. No agencies. No subcontracting.
• You must personally manage and optimize the account.
• We are not interested in long-term contracts up front. We continue month-to-month based on signal and results.

• Primarily local campaigns (≈30-mile radius from specific zip codes)

Month-one scope (this is key)
Month one is a paid engagement focused on competence and signal, not guaranteed scale.
You will be responsible for:
• Auditing our existing Google Ads account
• Rebuilding or restructuring campaigns as needed
• Reviewing and validating conversion tracking (GA4 + GTM)
• Keyword strategy focused on therapy-intent searches
• Aggressive negative keyword management
• Initial optimization and testing
• Clear weekly updates explaining what was changed and why
If early performance signals are strong, we continue month-to-month.

Budget & structure
• Management fee (month 1): $1,500 fixed price
• Ad spend: approximately $2,500/month, paid directly to Google Ads
We are not paying hourly for this role.

In the first month, success means:
• Conversion tracking works and can be trusted
• Ads are triggering on relevant therapy searches
• We see real, relevant inquiries coming through
• You can clearly explain optimization decisions and next steps
We do not expect full ROI or scale in 30 days.
We do expect expertise, judgment, and momentum.

What we’re looking for in you
• Proven experience running Google Ads for therapy, mental health, or healthcare
• Strong understanding of search intent and lead quality
• Comfortable working in HIPAA-sensitive environments
• Fluent with Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Direct, data-driven communicator
