We are a fast-growing real estate team looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is fully remote, extremely flexible, and ideal for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable managing tasks independently. Small amounts of in person training will be required.
Position Details
• Part-time: 10–20 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities
• Manage daily follow-up tasks in our CRM (updating contacts, sending templated follow-ups, tracking responses)
• Keep CRM organized, accurate, and up to date
• Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms
• Assist with basic social media engagement (responding to comments/messages as directed)
• Help maintain systems, workflows, and task lists
• Light administrative support as needed
