We’re now hiring a full‑time Performance Marketing Manager to own day‑to‑day performance for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead gen
- Do hands‑on work: keyword research, audience setup, bidding, budgets, A/B tests
- Write conversion‑focused ad copy (search + social) and simple email / landing page outlines
- Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, tags, conversions, UTMs)
- Prepare weekly performance reports and recommendations for clients
- Join client calls (usually weekly) to present results and next steps
- Manage 6-10 accounts once fully ramped
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years hands‑on experience with Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads (B2B lead gen preferred)
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts at once in an agency or freelance setting
- Strong analytical skills: can look at data and know what to test next
- Solid written English and clear communication on calls
- Self‑managed: you hit deadlines without being chased
