About the Position
As a Frontend Web Software Engineer on the Reputation Clients team at Workwarp, you will play a crucial role in building exceptional customer-facing products that enhance trip quality, user reputation, and listing performance. The Reputation Clients team is dedicated to creating delightful user products that foster trust, connections, and a sense of belonging among users. This highly collaborative team works closely with partners in design, product, data science, legal, and marketing to deliver features and experiences that are utilized by millions of people around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-quality products: You will be responsible for developing products related to reviews, which serve as a two-sided marketplace allowing both guests and hosts to recognize and hold each other accountable. You will also contribute to the Superhost program, which recognizes and rewards top hosts for providing outstanding experiences for guests.
- Follow best practices in frontend development: You will be expected to follow best practices in frontend development within a fast-paced tech environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners to define and deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver high-quality products. You will also collaborate with teammates via code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Build performant, scalable, and robust systems: You will be responsible for building systems that are performant, scalable, and robust, and for ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Essential Qualifications
