Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields
- 3+ years of professional experience with Python and 1+ year of hands-on experience with Rust
- Experience with PyO3/maturin, automated testing, benchmarking, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and systems programming (memory management, concurrency)
- Advanced level of English (C1) or above
